Ron Whitehead has been practicing Construction Law in California and Utah for over 20 years, working for both small and medium size firms as well as serving as General Counsel for two construction corporations, giving him the background and experience to handle the complexities that construction related claims can bring. In addition, Ron has worked for over 9 years as an Insurance Company Claims Representative in California and Colorado and obtained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, giving him the edge in knowing how to get insurance companies to pay.
